Store Policies

I currently cannot ship to some countries: please refer to this notice ( https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm ) from USPS for international countries that currently cannot be serviced. Orders from these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
* I am also not completely familiar with EU/UK laws regarding customs, so I will try my best but some orders may be cancelled due to circumstances outside of my control.

Refunds and returns:
Orders are non-refundable--please contact me if items are damaged during shipment or you receive an incorrect order. In the instance that packages are misplaced or lost by shipping services, I cannot help. 

Wrong Addresses:
If you notice that you've input an incorrect address, please contact me immediately with your order number and a corrected address. If the order has not been shipped, I can rectify it. If it has been shipped, I can no longer provide a refund or address change. 

• If the package is returned to me, I can re-ship it if postage is paid again.

Item Packaging:

• Postcards and sticker sheets are shipped in small bubble mailers with cardboard backing.
• Charms, single stickers, acrylic stands, and lanyards are shipped in bubble mailers. 

Tracking:
All orders are tracked through USPS. When your item is shipped, the shipment notification email should include a tracking number.
